Σε ένα μεγάλο χαρτόνι χωρισμένο σε τετράγωνα τα παιδιά ζωγραφίζουν το διάστημα και κολλούν τους πλανήτες του ηλιακού συστήματος. Με ψηφιακό λογισμικό φτιάχνουμε έναν τροχό που περιλαμβάνει όλους τους πλανήτες. Κάθε παιδί είναι αστροναύτης, γυρίζει τον τροχό δυο φορές και σχεδιάζει ΄σε χαρτί το διαστημικό ταξίδι του από τον πρώτο πλανήτη που έφερε ο τροχός στον δεύτερο πλανήτη. Δεν επιτρέπεται να περάσουν από τετράγωνο που έχει άλλον πλανήτη. Προγραμματίζουν τη μελισσούλα Bee-Bot με βάση το σχέδιό τους και το ταξίδι ξεκινάει!
STEM and Career-focused
Students gain exposure to the careers of the future as they discover how careers at Amazon Web Services and Data Centers allow you to stream from anywhere at anytime, as well as store data safely and sustainably.
On the Uncovering Cloud Computing tour, students will discover how the cloud and data centers enable them to stream movies from anywhere at anytime. They’ll learn the components of a computer, a high-level overview of the cloud, how data moves through fiber optic cables, and protocols that let data know where to go!
In this tour, students explore the following careers: Hardware Engineer, Data Center Operations Technician (DCO), Fiber Splicer, Network Engineer.

The fun, game-like tour is available for FREE on Kahoot! to all interested classrooms and families. Students can play against each other while learning about cloud computing. No account required.

On the Robotics Fulfillment Center Tour, students will learn what happens behind the scenes from when a customer clicks “order” to the order being delivered. Students learn how hardware, software, and people work together to pick, pack, quality control, and ship orders around the globe. At the end of the tour, students meet a hardware engineer, software development engineer, and systems/solutions engineer.
Students explore the following careers: hardware engineer, software development engineer, systems/solutions engineer.

Virtual Class Chats Bring IT Careers to Life
When students and young adults engage with IT professions, they're more likely to pursue careers in mathematics, engineering, science, and technology. We encourage them to explore this promising path and pursue an IT career.
In virtual Class Chats, experienced Amazon IT specialists share their personal career journeys live, provide insights into the world of IT professions, and answer participants' questions about career choices, training pathways, support resources, and more. Through direct interaction with representatives from a future-oriented industry, children and young people gain realistic perspectives on IT careers and their development opportunities.
Class Chats inspire young people, offer career guidance, and showcase the many diverse paths in IT careers. They're free, live, interactive, and accessible to all.
For school classes, we offer individual Class Chats in partnership with our nonprofit partner App Camps.
Our public Class Chats are available through the educational platform teech and take place regularly.
Individual Class Chats
Through our Class Chats partner App Camps, Amazon IT experts can be requested for individual sessions. App Camps handles the organization and coordination with experts and supports implementation. Students receive the opportunity to engage directly with Amazon employees about career paths in IT professions.
During the virtual dialogue with school classes, experts present their career path and individual professional experience (approximately 20 minutes) and then answer questions (approximately 20 minutes).
For ideal preparation and follow-up, we provide free teaching materials with App Camps, including a session plan and worksheets. Our free virtual visitor tours through an Amazon logistics center or AWS data center are also excellent preparation for a Class Chat.
Public Class Chats
Together with the educational platform teech, we offer public Class Chats.
Inspire students for exciting career paths in the tech industry! Through the educational platform teech, we regularly offer public Class Chats where school classes can explore various professions in the technology industry through engaging live presentations.
Class Chats on teech take place on scheduled dates and last approximately 30-45 minutes. During this time, students can submit their questions to Amazon experts via live chat.

Students gain exposure to the careers of the future and discover how professionals work with artificial intelligence to make it possible for people to enjoy their favorite music anytime, anywhere.
On the Amazon Music Tour, students will learn about the use of technology, algorithms, and cloud systems to identify new emerging talents and trends, and to play music through apps. During the tour, students meet an Artist Relations Manager, a Music Programmer, a Machine Learning Engineer, and a Program Manager.
Students explore the following careers at the intersection of music and technology: relations management, music programming, machine learning engineering, and program management.

After each interview, students will get some quiz questions to challenge their knowledge and learn more about the Amazon Music careers.

Etkinlik, yeni eğitim öğretim yılına üretken, yenilikçi ve teknoloji destekli bir başlangıç yapılmasına katkı sağlayacaktır.

English-speaking teachers are invited to join a free online webinar by Science on Stage exploring how to introduce the underlying concepts of articifical intelligence in a way that is both accessible and relevant to the classroom.
In this webinar, our speaker Selçuk Yusuf Arslan, a computer science teacher from Ankara, will provide an introduction to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence before demonstrating how to use Google's Teachable Machine in an educational context. Through hands-on examples, participants will explore how lower and upper secondary level students can train their own AI models and gain a practical understanding of key machine learning concepts.
The webinar will also showcase classroom-tested teaching materials and examples for both primary and secondary education from our AI in STEM Education teaching materials. These examples offer a range of entry points for integrating AI into STEM subjects across disciplines and school levels.
Participation is free of charge, and certificates of participation will be issued.
