BPW Danube Net Forum 2018 in cooperation with BPW Club Budapest and BPW AdrioNet under the patronage of BPW Europe. The purpose of “Women in digital economy” is to enable Businesswomen, Entrepreneurs and Start-ups to create successful and competitive business models, to build up digital skills, an entrepreneurial culture in cities and rural areas, and to transfer IT knowledge into schools. Data protection and cybersecurity should be included to those strategies.  Overcome skills shortage in the society  Bring knowledge and wealth  Bring young unemployed people into business  Boosting the female talent pipeline  Holistic approach started from schools over Start-ups and established SMEs BPW Europe is member of the EU Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition. Since 2006 the BPW Danube Net is the network for businesswomen and entrepreneurs (Micro/SME) in the Danube Region with strong connection to the BPW AdrioNet. The network is designed to be a platform for the exchange of ideas, opinions and information in the fields of business, work and culture and, furthermore, to introduce to the members and participants of the annual forums business-, network- and skills development opportunities. Last, but not least the aim is to bring together the decision makers (politicians, researchers, institutions) of this region to exchange know-how and best practices. BPW International has become one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women with affiliates in 95 countries in five continents since 1930. BPW has consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and participatory status with the Council of Europe. Triennium: Empowering Women to realize the Sustainable Development Goals Business and Professional Women (BPW) Danube Net - belongs to BPW Europe the European Region of International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International).

Hint: These projects can be used by YOU as portfolio projects if you're looking for a job! You don't necessarily need to have programming experience to participate - you can also participate in a project as creator, UX/UI/graphic designer, copywriter, creative, organizer, analyst, mentor, and the like.
