I’m Jeevantika Lingalwar, currently serving as Head of AI Business Applications at HCS, where I lead strategic AI initiatives that drive innovation and business transformation. Previously, I was a Partner Solution Architect at Microsoft, helping partners across Ireland overcome technical challenges and unlock the full potential of Microsoft technologies. As the Founder of International Women in Tech Ireland, I lead a vibrant community of over 8000 members, advocating for diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. My mentorship initiative, "Coffee Chat with Jeevantika," has supported over 250 mentees, offering career guidance and personal growth strategies.

I host the podcast "The Unplanned Journey: Thriving Amidst the Unpredictable," spotlighting stories of resilience and innovation from global tech leaders. I’m also a frequent speaker on emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, and Digital Transformation, and mentor international university students across Ireland.
