This is an event invite-only online and invite-only in-person coding activity. 

This is an event included in the eTwinning project "Just a flower" and in the robotics module of the Innovamenti+ tech training course promoted by the Italian Ministry of Education. 

Students will acquire coding skills using Caesar Cipher Wheel to encode and decipher questions and answers, words or names, in inclusive activities during a week in three schools involved in this project. 

Work process: 

1. Cut out the two discs

2. Pierce the discs in the center, overlap them, and secure them with the help of a brand.

3. Our numeric key is: 3

4. Starting with the letter A, replace the smallest disk according to the key.

5. For example, with key 3 the letter T becomes Q.

On 7 April 2025, Silvia Cereda, Group Manager Solution Architecture based in Bologna, Italy, delivered a fantastic webinar on Responsible AI reaching over 1000 Italian students! The 90 minute workshop featured several case studies on how Avanade are creating innovative solutions for our clients, interactive mentimeters to get students thinking about the ethics around AI and information on the AI landscape with the intention to equip these students with usable skills in AI as well as inspiration for their own entreprenurial ideas as part of The JA Company Program.
