The Cyprus Computer Society organizes the 5th Pancyprian Robotics Competition that will take place from 25 to 26 June 2022, at the Sports Center of the University of Cyprus.

Invitation to participate

Robotex Cyprus 22 is open to teams of pupils, students and adults and their participation is free. The winning teams will be able to participate in Robotex International 22, in Tallinn, Estonia, where the Cypriot delegation has received a lot of awards and high ranking positions, in previous years.

Interested teams with the help of a coach/trainer, are invited to build robots in order to compete in the 20 different challenges of the competition.

The event will be open to the public and friends of educational robotics, if epidemiological conditions allow.

About Robotex Cyprus

With the University of Cyprus, the Youth Board and the IET Cyprus as co-organizers, Robotex Cyprus 22 will celebrate its "5th birthday" as the largest educational robotics festival in Cyprus, established in 2017.

The competition is organised under the auspices of H.E the President of the Republic of Cyprus Mr Nicos Anastasiades and has been approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth and the Digital Champion, under the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.

Robotex Cyprus 22 takes place in collaboration with Cyta which is the longtime strategic partner of CCS and the company XM which is the technology partner. Bank of Cyprus also participates as Youth Supporter, EKO as platinum sponsor, and Neapolis University Pafos as gold sponsor and other companies as sponsors. The competition is supported by organizations as well as all the private universities.
