The 'Create your own Google logo' activity will use Scratch programming to bring the Google logo to life! In this beginner workshop you will learn how to use loops, events and sequencing to animate your logo so that it's unique to you! You will learn how to animate through the use of different costumes, motion and colour effects. You will transport your logo to different worlds through the use of backdrops and learn how to seamlessly move using broadcasts. There is no experience needed for this activity....just a desire to create and be code. We will meet online and you will be given a user name and password to join our studio so that you can access all the sprites you need to complete the activity.

A plan will be put in place for the Digital Learning Team to audit and procure the digital devices required to help put this target into action e.g. handheld android device for each class.
