The Italian Hackathons are happening! If you and your friends consider yourselves young innovators, create a team and tackle a new challenge by joining the EU Code Week Hackathon.
📅When and where? 25-26 October in Florence & 4-5 December in Turin.
Do you want to participate? Form a team (4-6 participants) and start an exciting adventure! One of the challenges listed below will be given to you on the day of the Hackathon. Identify a problem within the challenge and create a solution with your team. A mentor will be assigned to each team for additional support. Pitch your idea in a document and a 5-minute video presentation to the jury.

Who can participate? All students aged 15 to 19!
Roadmap for the Hackathon:
1️⃣ Registration: add details
2️⃣ Choose your country to join the right Hackathon.
3️⃣ Create a team with other participants. If you are alone, you can join another team, or we can help you find one. Note that creating a more gender-balanced team will help you consider different aspects of the challenge.
4️⃣ A mentor will be assigned to each team for the event.
5️⃣ Pitching session on 5 December 2025
6️⃣ There will be 2 winning teams, one for the competition in Florence and one for the competition in Turin. They will be announced on 10 February 2026 and will be invited to the EU CodeWeek Hackathon Final that will take place virtually in March 2026.
