This activity is part of the Celebrate With Us eTwinning project.
Children will first explore various alphabet codes, such as Caesar Cipher, Pigpen Cipher, and Semaphore Flags. Then, they will choose which one to use for their holiday messages.
In teams, they will write holiday messages in code and challenge their friends from other countries to decode their messages. When another team accepts the challenge and decodes the message, they will use an AI tool to generate an image for the message.
Children will also use Pixel Art to create a digital holiday poster, Scratch to design a simple game and Micro:bit to make festive decorations.
