The "AI Power-Up: Boost Your Personal branding." event is designed to empower and equip university students and recent graduates with digital skills, specifically focusing on leveraging AI tools to optimize their job search and personal branding on LinkedIn. The event's content will cover the following areas: - AI Tools Presentation: Participants will be introduced to various AI tools such as Chat GPT, LoopCV, and resumeworded, which are instrumental in streamlining and enhancing the job search and application process. - Practical Application: The event will facilitate hands-on activities where participants will have the opportunity to apply the AI tools they have learned. This will include evaluating and boosting their CVs, crafting effective motivation letters, creating engaging LinkedIn posts using Chat GPT, and optimizing their self-pitch for their CV or "About" section on LinkedIn. Goals of the Event: - Skill Development: To equip the participants with practical and in-demand digital skills that are vital for their job search and early careers. - Empowerment: To empower the youth by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their employability and personal branding on professional platforms like LinkedIn. - Inclusivity: To promote inclusivity, the event will target an underserved and underrepresented group, ensuring that participants come from diverse backgrounds and communities. The target group for this event includes university students or recent graduates who are at the initial stages of their careers and are either about to start their job search or apply for internships, master's programs, or entry-level positions, marginalised youth, youth with financial boundaries and/or in rural areas. YMH intends to initiate an inclusive open call, inviting interested applicants to apply for participation. Following a meticulous selection process, the organization will ensure representation across various target group categories. Subsequently, comprehensive details and essential links will be shared with the selected participants, facilitating their seamless engagement in the webinar. It is worth noting that there will be no participation fee for this event, making it accessible to all interested individuals.
