Each partner school in the eTwinning project "CODE RACE @SDGs" creates their school's presentation, add it in a shared map (mymaps), create QR code for the node of the map, gathers all partners' QR codes and create posters with them. Finally they post the posters at their school's main halls as a dissemination activity of their project to their schools' community.
With this activity the students
a) follow directions to manage working in a shared presentation collaboratively in their class
b) learn how to add their own nodes in a map and add material to their node
c) experience AR while they create the QR codes and while scanning their partners' QR codes
d) they develop creativity while creating posters with the QR codes of their partners
e) they scan and test QR codes in printed magazines
f) they develop critical thinking and communication skills while they compare QR codes with bar codes identified on products
A follow-up activity is to introduce the students to ARTutor4, a tool to create their own enriched material in the pages of their school books
