Као основно средство за обуку Библиотека++ користи ЛЕГО Мајндсторм ЕВ3 комплет за роботику, који омогућава ученицима састављање и програмирање робота који ће се покретати уз помоћ минијатурних електромотора и извршавати разне задатке. Библиотека++ ће обезбедити ЛЕГО делове; за роботе: руке, ноге, тела и главе; точкове и рамове за возила и друге структуре. Након изградње робота, ученици ће користити компјутере опремљене софтвером за графичко програмирање превлачењем иконица, како би писали програме који ће роботима удахнути живот. Након што савладају основе програмирања на рачунару, Библиотека++ ће помоћи ученицима да савладају и напредне вештине, како би развијали употребљиве апликације за стварне кориснике. То су на пример апликације за решавање математичких проблема, системи за управљање садржајем, слагалице или видео игре. Пројекат финансира међународна организација ЕИФЛ.

Students will work in international teams, fostering friendships and collaboration between different cultures. The project culminates in a series of challenges, including friendly robot competitions and races, where teams compete to achieve the best times while navigating special-shaped circuits.
