Are you ready to put your coding skills to the test, work as part of a dynamic team, and create innovative solutions to real-world challenges? The EU Code Week Hackathons are back, bringing together young talents from across Europe to collaborate, innovate, and compete at both national and EU levels.Â
What Are the EU Code Week Hackathons?Â
The EU Code Week Hackathons are an exciting series of national-level events where teams of young people come together to solve real-world problems using coding and technology. These hackathons provide a unique opportunity for participants to:Â
- Enhance their problem-solving and teamwork skillsÂ
- Gain hands-on experience in coding and digital innovationÂ
- Connect with like-minded peers and mentorsÂ
- Showcase their creativity and ingenuityÂ
The best teams from each national hackathon will earn the opportunity to pitch their solutions to an international jury at the EU-level finals on 30 April. This is a fantastic chance for participants to gain visibility, receive valuable feedback, and be recognised at the European level.Â

The Grand Finale – 30 AprilÂ
The journey doesn’t end at the national level! The winning teams from each country will advance to the EU-level finals on 30 April. Unlike traditional competitions, this final is designed as a celebratory event, where finalists will present their solutions, connect with other teams, and learn from one another. An international jury will evaluate the presentations and select one grand winner. It’s an opportunity to shine on an international stage, receive expert feedback, and gain exposure across the EU Code Week community.Â
Why Join?Â
By participating in the EU Code Week Hackathons, you become part of a larger movement of young innovators shaping the digital future. Not only will you develop new skills and expand your network, but winning teams from all the national hackathons will also gain special recognition on EU Code Week’s official channels – a valuable opportunity to showcase your work to a wider audience!Â
