What’s at Stake? Discover the Prizes for the EU Code Week Hackathon Finals!

24/02/26
With nine finalist teams from across Europe gearing up to compete at the EU Code Week Hackathon Grand Final on 11 March 2026, excitement is building and so is the prize package. We’re thrilled to reveal what’s waiting for our winning teams, made possible through the incredible generosity of our partners.

🎁 Every finalist receives

First, the good news for everyone: all finalists will receive an official participation certificate, complete with signatures, logos and stamps. Something to genuinely frame and be proud of.

And this year, every winner across all categories will also receive micro:bit kits. The Micro:bit Educational Foundation is a UK-based nonprofit on a mission to inspire every child to create their best digital future. Their flagship device, the micro:bit, is used in schools, coding clubs and youth organisations across Europe and beyond to embed creative computing into everyday learning.

A total of 30 micro:bit kits and wearable straps will be distributed to winning teams, giving them the tools to keep building long after the finals.

🏆 Super winner

The top prize package is built to turn a hackathon project into something real.

UnyoCorp remote internship

Winners will take part in a fully mentorship-based remote internship with UnyoCorp, dedicated to implementing and publishing the project they’ve built. Over three months, four hours a day, participants will receive one-to-one guidance on taking their idea from concept to launch, with the potential for a job offer or investment in the product at the end.

All Digital personalised coaching

Winners will also receive a one-hour video call with the CEO of All Digital, a former CEO of Euractiv and a seasoned entrepreneur, to sharpen their ideas, explore next steps and grow their professional network. This includes a LinkedIn recommendation and an open door to inspiring contacts across tech, media and policy in Europe.

All Digital is a leading pan-European association based in Brussels, representing organisations that support millions of Europeans in succeeding in the digital transformation.
