The New Code Week Activity Registration System

Your Code Week Activity Is Counted the Moment It’s on the Map

Every year, thousands of teachers, schools, and coding enthusiasts take part in EU Code Week by uploading their activities to the Code Week map. This year, we heard your feedback and simplified the process! Now, we want to make one thing perfectly clear:

👉 You only need to upload your activity to the map — and that’s it!

Once your activity is published and visible on the Code Week map, your contribution is officially counted as part of the campaign.

One Step Is Enough

There is no need to fill in a post-event report or reply to automatic confirmation emails.

If you’ve already uploaded your activity and it’s correctly displayed on the map, you’ve successfully contributed to Code Week.

Note: We are currently fixing the automatic emails and you may still be asked for reports or confirmations. You can safely ignore them — your upload is enough!

Need to Edit Your Activity?

If you notice a small mistake or want to update your details, such as participant numbers, event date, or description, you can easily edit your activity:

  1. Log in using the same account you used to create the event.
  2. Go to My Activities.
  3. Click Edit next to the activity you wish to update.

That’s all you need to do — no extra forms or reports required.

Final Reminder

  • ✅ Upload once.
  • ✅ Our hubs and ambassadors will review your activity.
  • ✅ Check that it appears on the map.
  • ✅ No further reporting needed.

The Code Week map is the official record of participation — simple, transparent, and easy to use.
