Students (age group 14 years) will choose from 4 offered practical works, in which they will explore the representation of dominant and recessive traits among students. They will investigate the influence of height and weight on the appearance of the first menstruation, they will monitor the occurrence of ovulation by measuring the morning temperature and they will make a family tree of their family. In all activities, they will use digital tools, research methods and graphically present their results. The aim of these practical works is to put yourself in the role of real researchers, to learn and repeat the basic stages of research work, to learn to statistically present the rresults of research. Apply the knowledge learned in biology classes. EVALUATION CRITERIA: 1. The time when the work is submitted (on time or after the deadline). 2. Title of the topic in the form of a research question, name and surname of the student, class, school year and subject. 3. Does the paper contain all the components (research question, assumption, accessories and material, procedure (survey link), results (graphically presented) and conclusion.The first topic has modified components. 4. Number of persons who participated in the survey (too small sample of people, sufficient or more than expected number) 5. Neatness and creativity (were digital tools used, if so which ones ?, the work has a logical sequence) 6. Presentation of the work (the student took the task seriously, the presentation is interesting and purposeful) 7. The student modified the given task with a reason and explanation. Reports will be sent by students to a virtual biology classroom on Teams. Students' papers will be published on the biology website.
