This event is a good opportunity for students, becaus eis the first time when they participate and they will have the opportunity to learn what are the programming languages ​​are why is important to learn such a language using various applications and for them as beginners, the Scratch application will be very useful. The "Start Coding with Scratch" event aims to guide students in using the Scratch application, to develop future video game programmer skills or other applications, because programming is fun and requires imagination, creativity, critical thinking and a lot of responsibility. This event will take place in the classroom but also online and aims to promote interactive learning using new technologies, and the activities that will be implemented in the program of events will bring together students in grades 5 th and 8 th, where they will participate at workshops with mixed sessions, based on practical activities, and at the end the products will be posted on the Facebook page of the event, but also on other educational sites.
