With technology always advancing and the automation all types of routine jobs, there’s never been a better time to learn to code and pick up some specialist skills. The demand for these skills has never been higher, and what’s more, you can master them from the comfort of your own home. Studies have shown that the Internet has created 2.6 jobs for each lost to technology-related inefficiencies. This indicates that possessing coding know-how can help future-proof your ability to find work in the modern economy. Whether you’re a freelance web designer, a WordPress power user, or you’re involved in the WordPress ecosystem in some other capacity, there have never been more resources to help you learn how to code. But why would you want to and is it really worth your time? At Patras Workshop Coding 101, we’ll be discussing some of many of the reasons why learning to code should be high on your list of priorities in 2016. Whether you’re a WordPress newbie or you’ve been writing HTML and designing websites since the days of scrolling text and splash pages, there’s always something new to learn, and for now, at least, there’s always going to be plenty of advantages to developing proficient coding abilities. Like a Leading Teacher for me its a mission to share with all my collagues and to spread the Word about Code Week 2020. The form of distribution and support of teachers and students in my project and plan this year results in: 1. disseminating ideas for pupils and students, teachers, parents, community members and representatives of surrounding businesses and local government representatives about the importance of incorporating Code Week 2020 as a necessary basis in educating students for a safer future. (online on etwinning platform and onsite meeting on schools and busines locality) 2. To evaluate code week 2020 platform materials as well as the form of inclusion of pupil categories in this platform, both in entertainment and educational forms 3. Develop and implement coding and robotics-centered education plans. 4. Research the needs of technology knowledge and apply it in our daily practice, in businesses, in research centers ect ect by designing robotic and coding opportunistic solutions LEADING TEACHERS of code week - Online open activity - Onsite open activity
