Meet, Code and Engineer with Edison robots The Edison V2.0 programmable robot is a powerful and exciting tool with which children and adolescents can learn in the hands-on computational thinking and programming skills of different difficulties adapted to ages between 7 and 12 years. Incorporates the largest number of sensors in this category of robots, being able to react to sound and light, track lines and detect obstacles. We will use the EdBlocks programming language, a language developed from the Scratch 3.0 platform. It allows programming with drag-and-drop blocks with intuitive images and adjustable options. Children and participating teachers will work together to accomplish one of the three challenges: 1.Edison wants to audition for Robot Idol and needs to practice his singing. His favourite song is Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, can you help him learn to sing it? 2.Edison is feeling lost. Can you help get through a simple maze? 3.Edison is ready to be a police officer. Help him pull bad drivers over by blinking his LEDs quickly back and forth and beeping.
