On the established date and time, the teacher organizes a Hangouts with the students with a link for the connection within the institute's GSuite for Education. During the link he guides the students to the creation of a simple scene using Scratch, showing the resource and at the same time introducing coding. The purpose of the activity is to bring students closer to coding, especially by making them understand the importance of the logical sequence of actions. At the end of the webinar the students are invited to share their work in a Google Site dedicated to EU Code Week 2019.

La pixel art stimola lo sviluppo del pensiero computazionale, quindi per favorire un ragionamento che aiuta a sviluppare competenze logiche e migliorare la capacità di risolvere problemi. Si tratta di competenze trasversali molto importanti. Affrontare un problema in modo computazionale significa dividere il processo decisionale in diversi passi, in modo tale che ci si concentri prima sulla risoluzione di un singolo passo per poi via via arrivare alla risoluzione di tutto il problema.
