Description:

EURid will be participating in this year’s EU CodeWeek for the third year running. We will host two workshops with the goal to introduce children in 5th/6th grade to Robotics. Together with Solna library we will invite two school classes to program Arduino-robots via Robotkodarn. Workshops will be run by experienced tutors of Robotkodarn digital tool.

The student will be able to learn the basics of programming and will make a web page in one's local computer. The class will be in Estonian and will be free, one's own computer will be needed.

3-6 lk. Tekniikka-, ohjelmointi- ja robotiikkaleiri koululaisille. Monipuolisia työpajoja, joissa lapset pääsevät tutustumaan erilaisiin keksintöihin ja itse rakentamaan ja mallintamaan erilaisia laitteita ja robotteja. Leirin aikana ohjelmoidaan mm. Legon Ev3-robotteja sekä Micro:bittejä, harjoitellaan digitaalista mallinnusta ja kokeillaan 3D-printtausta.

E-2 lk. Eskareille sekä eka-toka-luokkalaisille suunnattu ’Keksi ja koodaa leikkien’-leiri kutsuu lapset tutustumaan keksintöihin, ohjelmointiin ja robotiikkaan leikin keinoin. Ohjaajat ja lapset työskentelevät neljän päivän ajan yhdessä tehden, rakennellen ja kokeillen. Leirille mahtuu 15 innokasta leireilijää.

Kytöpuisto primary school is offering two different types of optional studies in programming this school year. Pupils are studying two hours a week in small groups. After the basics they are choosing the project they are working with. Some pupils are working with Microbit projects, for example building their "Plant-watering-robot" and some are building race-cars using Tinkercad and 3D-printing .
