The activity aims to help students learn about the basic categories of recycling, to raise awareness of environmental issues, to develop logical thinking and sequencing, and to understand basic commands. Specifically:

1. Students draw recycling bins or code recycling bins (draw, code letters to form related words, etc.)

2. They use the beebot or become robots themselves. Place the "bins" or real materials (plastic bottles, paper, metal, etc.) in various places on a grid. The beebot or "Robot" starts from a specific position and must use the correct sequence of movements to reach the correct recycling bin or the real materials with commands (e.g. ⬆️ forward, ➡️ right, ⬅️ left, 🔁 turn).

Η δραστηριότητα σκοπό έχει οι μαθητές να γνωρίσουν τις βασικές κατηγορίες ανακύκλωσης,  να ευαισθητοποιηθούν σε θέματα που σχετίζονται με το περιβάλλον, να αναπτύξουν την λογική σκέψη και ακολουθία και να κατανοήσουν τις βασικές εντολές. Ειδικότερα:

1.       Οι μαθητές ζωγραφίζουν τους κάδους ανακύκλωσης ή κωδικοποιούν τους κάδους ανακύκλωσης (ζωγραφίζουν, κωδικοποιούν  τα γράμματα σχηματιζοντας σχετικές λέξεις κλπ)

2.       Χρησιμοποιούν την beebot ή γίνονται οι ίδιοι ρομποτ. Σε ένα πλέγμα τοποθετήστε  σε διάφορα σημεία τους «κάδους» ή και πραγματικά υλικά (μπουκάλι πλαστικό, χαρτί, μέταλλο κλπ).  Η  beebot  ή ο "Ρομποτάνθρωπος" ξεκινά από συγκεκριμένη θέση και πρέπει χρησιμοποιώντας την σωστή ακολουθία κινήσεων να φτάσει στο σωστό κάδο ανακύκλωσης  ή τα πραγματικά υλικά με εντολές (π.χ. ⬆️ μπροστά, ➡️ δεξιά, ⬅️ αριστερά, 🔁 στροφή).
