What is the concept of smart cities? How can cities be made more livable with coding? A short demo on the introduction of EBAMobilKod and how to use it. Students design a smart city solution that controls traffic lights, saves energy or keeps the environment clean. Using Block Coding: Animations or simple simulations are created with EBAMobilKod. Students are divided into groups and design different smart city components (e.g. smart trash cans, automatic irrigation systems, smart traffic management, etc.). This activity will allow students to develop their coding skills while creating solutions to social problems.
