Learning to code helps us to make sense of the rapidly changing world around us, expand our understanding of how technology works, and develop skills and capabilities in order to explore new ideas and innovate. In celebration of EU Code Week, and in partnership with Computing at School, we will be running a Coding Challenge Day on Tuesday 15 October 2019 for students in Years 5, 6 and 7. Pupils will get the opportunity to take part in a carousel of exciting hands-on computing activities, and to meet our scientists and engineers who use computing to explore the world around us every day.
