The event will last for 4 days and will consist of courses and workshops with young people and children involved in school units who will accept the proposal and participation as partners at the event. The program will be between 8:00 and 20:00 for each location between 13-21 October 2018 The first day is in Bucharest, October 6 - Goethe Kindergarten 2nd, 3rd and 4th October, October 8-10 will have a school unit in the counties: Gorj, Dolj or Mehedinti. In all 4 days we will take courses, and similar workshops in the 2 different locations. There will be 3 teams of 10, and each team will go through the levels: - beginners: computer initiation; - environment: Office and web; - advanced: programming languages, 2D / 3D graphics processing and audio-video processing; Workshops on a chosen theme: - the art of filming - the art of photography - creating games Each child will receive the diploma and each group will have an instructor and a supervisor from the unit. The event will close with the award and visiting area. The event is funded by the Meet and Code initiative (https://www.meet-and-code.org/) supported by the SAP company at European level. Meet and Code is coordinated by Haus des Stiftens gGmbH and the TechSoup Europe network in 22 European countries and supports technology and programming events held during the Europe Code Week.
